Terms And Conditions: 
1. 
Shipping Terms: Available shipping options will be displayed during the 
checkout process. Any timeframe provided by Booz (Hello Skate Mobility 
Pvt. Ltd.) for when the Product(s) may ship or be delivered is a good-faith 
estimate. While we do our best to meet that timeframe, it is not a 
guarantee. Actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events 
for which Booz (Hello Skate Mobility Pvt. Ltd.) cannot be held liable. If you 
no longer have use for an item due to a late delivery, please contact our 
Customer Service Department immediately. 
2. Inspection on Receipt: Customers are advised to immediately inspect the 
packaging for any signs of damage upon receiving the goods. If any 
obvious damage is observed, customers have the option to reject the 
delivery and should contact Booz (Hello Skate Mobility Pvt. Ltd.) promptly. 
3. Reporting Shipping Damage: Claims for shipping damage must be made 
within 24 hours of receiving the product. Booz (Hello Skate Mobility Pvt. 
Ltd.) will not accept claims for shipping damage reported later than this 
timeframe. 
4. Rejecting Damaged Goods: If customers notice obvious damage to the 
product packaging, they have the right to reject the delivery. Customers 
should contact Booz (Hello Skate Mobility Pvt. Ltd.) immediately to initiate 
the claims process.

6. Warranty Exclusions: Shipping damage caused by neglect, misuse, 
abuse, or accidents is not covered under the warranty. Normal wear and 
tear, incorrect installation, alterations, and tampering damage are also 
excluded from warranty coverage. Only parts mentioned here shall be 
covered under warranty. Water and physical damage are not covered 
under warranty. 
7. Geographical Limitations: The warranty is valid only within the 
geographical boundaries of the Indian subcontinent. 
8. Change of Warranty Policy: Booz (Hello Skate Mobility Pvt. Ltd.) reserves 
the right to change the warranty policy at its sole discretion without any 
prior notice. 
9. Contact Information/Necessary Information: For offline and online 
purchases, customers should reach out on +91 7802868030 or write to us 
to get.high@boozmobility.com for any shipping damage claims or 
warranty-related queries. We will notify you via phone and email 45 days 
before the scheduled delivery of your Booz Gen. 1 V2. The booking amount 
of ₹4,999 is fully refundable if the order is cancelled at least 30 days 
before the confirmed delivery date. Cancellations made within 30 days of 
delivery will render the booking amount non-refundable. In the event of 
any delay or inability to deliver from our end, the booking amount will be 
refunded in full. Please note that these terms are subject to change by 
Booz (Hello Skate Mobility Pvt. Ltd.), and customers are advised to refer 
to the latest terms and conditions provided by the company.
